DELIVERIES
Orders from this website to all areas with the exception of the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, ROI and the Isle of Man are dispatched by next working day courier service on the same day (Monday to Friday) if received by 11.00 AM or on the next working day if ordered after 11.00 AM. Next working day does not include Saturdays or Sundays. Orders to the Scottish Highlands & Islands Northern Ireland, ROI and the Isle of Man are dispatched by Royal Mail Standard Parcels at our discretion. If the delivery charge quoted is incorrect when ordering the additional cost above the standard £6.99 will be charged to the provided credit card. Orders cannot be combined. We are not liable and will accept no responsibility, consequential or otherwise, for late deliveries caused by our couriers or agents.
Orders that cannot be delivered during normal delivery hours between 0900-1800 due to incorrect addresses given on orders or because there is no-one available to accept the delivery and that are subsequently re-delivered are liable to an re-delivery charge of 7.00 + VAT. This will be charged to the card used for the original order.
DELIVERY CHARGES
Orders of till rolls will be charged a delivery rate of £7.00. Orders of ink products will incur a delivery charge of £1. Orders including both ink products and till rolls will be charged at the till roll delivery rate of £7.00.
RETURNS
Items incorrectly ordered must be returned at the customer's expense. This is charged at the rate of 14.00 GBP per consignment including the delivery of the correct product. Alternatively items incorrectly ordered can be returned at the customers own risk by their own choice of carrier. We will arrange and pay for the collection of items incorrectly dispatched.
ITEMS RETURNED MUST BE RETURNED IN A RE-SALEABLE CONDITION.
THIS INCLUDES THE OUTER PACKAGING.
ITEMS MUST BE WHOLLY BOXED OR WRAPPED TO PROTECT THEIR PACKAGING.
ITEMS THAT ARE RETURNED IN A NON-RESALEABLE CONDITION WILL BE REFUNDED AT THE FULL COST PRICE (EXCLUDING POSTAGE & PACKING) MINUS 30% ON TOP OF ANY RESTOCKING CHARGES.
